Pick-ups and deliveries

We offer a delivery service at competitive Prices.

To verify the rate of delivery and availability to your location, please contact your nearest store.

Alternatively, you can opt for free pickup from our warehouse at 121 Frankston - Dandenong Road, Dandenong South Victoria 3175. Please call our Dandenong Outlet before you pick up. The warehouse is open for pick up's 7 days a week between 9:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30am - 3:30pm on Sunday's and Public holiday's.

Deliveries are charged per order, not per item. Our delivery hours are from 7AM to 7PM, including both weekdays and weekends.

Delivery speed and timing.

Your delivery day will depend on your location's delivery zone.

Deliveries requiring extra handling i.e. upstairs, elevators and assembly, Extra charges will apply.

Delivery Process

Our delivery service can not give out specific times of delivery on the day. The driver will contact you 30mins - 1 hour prior to arrival.

We recommend reviewing our Terms and Conditions of Sale when making an online purchase. If your postcode is not included in our delivery zone, you can contact your closest store a delivery quote.

Delivery Requirements

Our couriers provide a door-to-door service, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items.

Return Fee for Non-Defective Goods

If non-defective goods are returned due to difficult access or no one being present at the delivery address, Furniture Outlet reserves the right to charge a return fee equal to the original delivery fee. This fee covers the costs associated with re-packaging and warehousing the product.

Delivery Date Confirmation

If the date provided is not suitable, you must contact Furniture Outlet to arrange an alternative date. While we cannot guarantee a new date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted by your nearest store.

Order Cancellation

Furniture Outlet reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee for orders canceled due to change of mind or for orders already in processing. In the event of a canceled order, a refund will be processed as soon as possible.
