What does RTA mean?
RTA stands for Ready to Assemble. These items are delivered in their original packaging and are not assembled by our delivery team, allowing you to put them together at your convenience.
If you need guidance, our sales team is happy to help with advice and tips. Most RTA products are designed to be straightforward and easy to assemble.
What if something doesn’t fit in the home?
Due to the nature of large and bulky items, we’re unable to accept cancellations or provide refunds for change of mind or where a product does not fit your space. Once a product has been delivered, it is considered used and cannot be resold as new, even if it has only been in your home briefly.
We provide full product dimensions to help you plan ahead, so we strongly recommend measuring your space carefully before making a purchase.
